Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and offer stunning views of Punta Del Este and the surrounding countryside. However, the distance from the main facilities can be a drawback. The abundance of books in the room made it hard to leave and enjoy other activities like tennis or horseback riding.

The rooms are like big concrete bunkers spread throughout the terrain, each with plenty of space, a great bathroom, and a huge terrace. The decor is impressive.

The service was absolutely charming, and the staff were well-trained and friendly. However, some new staff members without hotel experience were noticeable.

The location is very secluded from Punta del Este, up on the hills, offering fantastic views of the Uruguayan plains. It's a must-try experience, although the distance can make it slightly inconvenient.

The dining experience was generally good with many delicious options, although it didn't quite live up to its gastronomy tradition. On our last morning, there was no buffet service, which was a bit disappointing.
